Intake tracking

Reliable reminders, no mental load

Enderia helps you never forget a dose: you create a treatment with its times and reminders, then log every intake (taken, skipped or shifted). Enderia is a memory aid, not a medical device — no dosage is ever interpreted.

How to do it

1 Go to Settings → My intakes and add a treatment (name, free-text dosage, times).
2 Pick the recurrence (daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly) and turn on a reliable reminder at the right time.
3 When the time comes, log your intake in one tap: taken, skipped or shifted.
4 Check your adherence stats to spot your patterns — no judgement, no red.

Tips

Dosage and notes are free-text fields: write whatever helps you, Enderia interprets nothing.
“Stop this treatment” archives it without erasing your history — and it's undoable.
Your intakes can appear in the ADHD PDF report, to keep for yourself or share with a clinician.

Adherence stats window — last 7 days on the free plan; Premium opens up month, 3 months and a custom range (Settings → My intakes).

Good to know

Creating treatments, reminders and logging intakes is free and unlimited (it's a neurological accommodation, not a luxury). Only the depth of the statistics history is Premium-only.
