The Focus Timer helps you get started and stay focused, Pomodoro-style or in free mode.
How to do it
1Go to the Focus tab, or start a session directly from a task.
2Choose your mode: Pomodoro (25 min focus / 5 min break) or free mode (no limit).
3Optional: pick an ambient sound (rain, café, brown noise, lo-fi…).
4A 3-2-1 countdown gets you going. Stay focused until the session ends.
Tips
If you get interrupted, the session is saved: you can resume it later.
On Android, the timer keeps running in the background via a notification, lock screen included.
Before you dive in, remember to calm your phone: turning on Do Not Disturb mutes the notifications that break your focus. Enderia can do it for you automatically at the start of every focus session or routine, and restore your setting when it ends.
